We want you to love your Rails UK purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid courier label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return back to our warehouse.
